The Ujinoko 30g — fine green powder in a brushed-silver tin, dressed in a name tag. Quietly loud.
No barista, no rush. Sift, whisk, pour. The same small ceremony, every morning.

Spoon the powder through a small sieve into the bowl so it whisks clump-free.

Add water just off the boil and whisk briskly in a W until a fine froth lifts.

Top with water or milk — hot, or over ice. Adjust to taste.
